Nice translation, Meri.

I was out yesterday to take my little boys to the zoo and park - it was Jonah's first birthday.

I'll get a post up today.

Subject: yep

It's official. Erik finally got back to me, but he lost the images in a move, and cannot locate his backup disk. It would seem that MADS has been absorbed by the electronic void.

I need to consult Ody for future Loaded Dice scripts.

Subject: the end of MADS

Well, folks, it would appear that MADS is over.

I had exchanged emails with the creator a couple of months ago, and he indicated interest in finding an artist to draw what he wrote, but that never progressed.

My malfunction a week and a half back caused the MADS archives to be lost. I do not have the images, myself, and so cannot restore them. Erik still has not replied to me, either, so it looks like I'll need to pull the plug for this, soon.

@ Grugg... nice. +1 applaud to Merideth.

Path of the Necromancer is very cool and worth checking out.

Today's comic is a guest strip from Sticknia Comics. Check out the LD crew as artsy, stylized stick figures!

If you enjoy Loaded Dice, please vote it up on reddit.

And of course, please share your comments and such here.

Duly noted, malek, but if this devolves into another surreal scene like the "dude, where's my lighter?" interlude in the basement, I'm having you summarily munched by the zombies.

You have been warned.

The "sprouting city" is a very cool effect. I'm intrigued to see where this storyline will go.

I have Father Ted down to five rounds of .600 nitro express (gun empty).

Murph is now at 11 rounds of 12 gauge buck (5 in the gun).

Alaster is at 16 rounds of 10 gauge buck (2 in the gun).

Emily is at 2 rounds of .357 (both in the gun, of course).

He is real. There is an armor-wearing man standing over Amber, carrying a sword and shield.

He's short (5' 4") and stout, balding brown hair, beard and moustache. As real as any of the rest of this insanity.

I had played the scenario out a couple of times, and we had a TPK once and horrible losses the second time. I really do not want to kill everyone off so early, so I had the stockroom door be barred to hold most of the attack back, and our knight positioned in such a way as to save Amber's bacon (for the time being).

That's your free pass, folks. Ya won't get another.
