Gunk-karg looked back and forth between this new group and the one he traveled in. It has been such a peaceful couple of days, talking with Ether and making acquantences with him. But now they had this group of banites in front them, and he was getting restless. He saw how his group was only getting prepared for battle and was not responding to the enemy at all, so with a huff through his orcish snout, Gunk-karg stepped forward.

" We are just passing through these lands and nothing else. I inquire, what authority do you have to stop us on our treck through these free lands? If you have none then please pull your horses aside and let us pass, we have no quarrel with you or your compatriots, and we would really just like to get through here with no blood shed. Now speak hastily or we shall continue forth around this blockade."

Gunk-karg adjusted his eye patch and straightened out his chain shirt and its hardened leather vest waiting for a reply.

( will use diplomacy if I can, and also the leather bit about my chain shirt is just decoration, i imagine him wearing a thin hardened patchwork leather vest over his armour)

Oh boy, banites guys. Mounted at that. It'll take a turn to get those recurved bows out so if we are to engage them We need to do it before the bows are drawn. But let's see what these guys want first, eh?

this is getting ridiculous. It's all on perspective, like trying to argue which type of zombie is better than the other. Honestly guys just drop it before this "discussion" turns ugly.

He's right though. Customs don't come with a high post count. Customs come with helping the website and community as a whole.

Gunk-karg looked at the barbarian and chuckled. He felt that he had been put down enough, and felt some sort of sympathy for him. Gunk-karg loved a good fight here and there, and knew the feeling.

" Ok guys, enough ripping on Bearspaw here. He wants action we know that, but lets not argue like starving kobolds over a piece of bread. It seems we're going to red lark way, so lets get movin'!"

Gunk-karg adjusted his great sword on his back and started walking on the path, following anyone if they have already headed out but leading the way if he was the first to go.

Well artanis is long gone, physically not there so she shouldn't get a share thats for sure. and Intella is also not physically there, but Bronwyn and elendil are both are, so it works out. Thats how I'd explain it

If the group cash does go that high, anyone mind me buying a small +1 great sword? Wouldn't cost as much because IT'S SMALL! =D

Ok, I think a good plan has come up for how to devise the loot up. If you have any alternatives just voice 'em!

Aelistae- magical armour

Xaris- Gauntlets

Dylan- +2 ring

Talus- +1 ring

Linnix- +1 ring

And then we can sell the daggers for group cash.

Also I propose that Xaris needs to get at least a +1 weapon for fightin' the baddies, the werewolf battle could of been easier if he didn't have a mundane weapon and all.

Gunk-karg looked over at the people who were discussing the way they should go, and felt a twitch in his brow when he heard the arragont, pig-headed voice of the barbarian, "bearpaw". He walked over and looked at the map, and decided.

" Ok, "bearpaw", do you wanna live through this encounter or not? Hobgoblins arent push overs, there militaristic bullies who'll over whelm you with numbers and kill you from the brush. I don't wanna die on account of your arrogance, so just listen here and TRY to comprehend what I'm about to say."

he pointed to the map with his orcish finger, and traced out three lines. One leading from water deep, going up to red larch then straight into the southern tip of the forest. another goes straight through the wilds and hills, from waterdeep to the southern tip of the forest, and another goes from waterdeep to the mere of dead men up to the southern tip.

" Now i propose we go to red lark first, if we dont wanna go up there we should go up through the mountains. if we dont wanna go up there we could go through the mere of dead men. I really dont wanna go there though, lizardmen ain't my thing, ya know? Don't wanna die from some marsh disease. Now can we get moving on one of these trails?
