Hmm, well I was thinking about it but now I think I will kinda want to. Weird wars 2 is kind of like a supplement (liken it to a specific campaign setting in DnD) for Savage worlds, and think of hte setting as like 75% normal historical world war 2 stuff, and 25% "Weird" stuff. like magic, monsters, undead, ghosts, stuff like that.
If I did run a game it'd be a short adventure run out of the battle of Stalingrad, and the heroes would be Russian soldiers.
What's great about this game is that it's very simple to learn but at the same time complex enough to give your mind something to chew on if you wanted to sit down and read it all.
I can help with character creation, it's very easy and all of those rules are super simple.
If we did run one I'd be more than happy to WM(warmaster as they put it) a game for a group

Blowz watched as the panels opened and replacements came out. Serves them for being inefficient at their jobs. Soon though, the panel that led them to the prior room closed, and then darkness.
The entire room was black, and with the quick glimpse of the corridors and pipes they had before it wasn't just going to be a quick walk down the right path.
Quickly though, team leader had given them orders and he followed Artie down.
" Understood, team leader. Everryone! The only way we can communicate is thrrough voice, so make sure you're within earshot. Communicating is key here!"
He then followed Artie, keeping an ear out for anyone who needs help or has questions. He leaned forward as they were going down through the dark hall.
"Team leaderr, I suggest we make some sort of small talk to make surre we don't get lost. Glorrious frriend computer put us here, this test we shall pass with grreat efficiency. At the end though, do you think it would be robots who made this dark? Or maybe some infrareds messing up their job?"

Also everyone, please give me a few days to bounce back from a series of very inconvenient events. One was great, the Convention I went to. Another was not so great, and that was withdrawing from this semester at the college I go to and leaving behind someone that I really wish I didn't have to. It's got my mind all sorts of messed up and I can't do anythign DnD at the moment.
My apologies on any delays, but I do plan on doing this game, it'll at least get my mind off of things....

Sorry everyone yeah this weekend was really busy. Had to get up at 4 am on friday to drive to boston and spend the entire weekend at Anime Boston which was awesome. Now I have to move out of my dorm and I'll be driving a ton tonight too. So a busy weekend for me.
Also, yeah since the improved grab says with a melee weapon I'd say the spike chain counts. And no there are no lions on this island. This whole place is cold temperate, kinda like the close parts of Canada to the US
Oh also yea you can PM me the sheet that'll work fine.

Blowz watches as the red button is pushed, and in turn havoc ensues. He tries to dive behind the control console to give himself cover between the laser and himself, thinking up of a way to turn the laser off.
Hah! the big man finds himself down, well let's see who gets picked off next. Now, I wonder if this will work...
Blowz thinks to himself, but also realizes that he should probably say something. To boost the teams morale through this troubling time and stay talking with each other of course.
"My frriends! As your communication officer I suggest finding cover and find a way to turn this laser off!"
He looked around to see if anyone was looking at him, hopefully everyone was distracted in the sudden blast of laser weaponry. Having thrown himself up against the control panel Blowz took off his red cap and threw it over the control panel, covering both buttons. He then proceeds to smash his fist down onto it hoping to hit what he thinks will stop the laser.
