Well, my other games have slowed down to such a level that I had to stop one and pause another. That means: I have time for something new!
I'm going to run an adventures on the Shores of Antaron. To do this, I need about 3 to 5 players, with level 4 characters.
I'm not going to tell you much yet, mainly because I don't have a lot of time right now. But I need interested people, and interesting concepts.
If you like well written posts and a serious plot, which will not take overly long to complete (depending on how often the players react, of course), with good interaction and vivid story telling: sign up, and you won't be disappointed!
What I need is people who can find their own way. This is not going to be a dungeon crawl, so stuff your packs with common sense and initiatives, because you're going to need them.
More details on stats and money etc soon. If you're interested, give me a post.
Oh... and if you're thinking of playing an evil character, don't even bother. Sorry.

What edition rules? I have a hankering to play your basic good old Khord fighter.

I was thinking a half-orc sorcerer, but I seem to remember one of Der Oncles telling me that half-orcs are rare in the extreme (or non-existent) in Audalis. I can't seem to find a reference for them, so ...
Is this true?
If it is, I would like to offer up a Cidal (halfling?) sorcerer if I could join ...
For post examples, see t_catt's "Best Left Buried" game ...
You and your Audalis short adventures. ^-^ Unfortunately, even with Filthy Theif left behind, I am just a tad overdone for things to do without time to do them. This will very shortly change, I imagine, with school being out for the winter now. That said, I think I'll sit this one out.
Also, I hope Spores picks up. The glimpses that I have taken of it seemed interesting and it would be downright sad for two games to go under in a row. Good Luck!
I'm going to have to tell you all that this will be in edition 3.5, but Al, I can help you change your Khordaldrum fighter from 2nd to 3rd, and you won't feel a thing. It's all roleplaying, baby, and combat isn't too hard to understand. You say 'I hit', I say how high.
- Stats are 74 points divided over 6 abilities, racial adjustments come after this.
- Starting money is 5400 GP, from which you can purchase only 1 magical item, and 2 potions. Magical items can be anything from swords to armors to misc as long as it doesn't go over the price.
- Updates will come once a week, or sometimes in between in case of conversations.
- Rolls in game will be made by the DM, to save time and misunderstanding.
Reralae: a grown-up Ocyari would be very welcome. We do need to discuss her background a bit then.
Dragon Mistress: You and Brianna are welcome of course!
Killmorigan: I've checked the reference, and you're on board! A half-orc sorcerer would be fine, but a cidal would be as well. Your choice.
Bob: I could make the character count 6. That would be the max, though.
Gboy, I really hate letting people down. Especially since my other game didn't pick up as it should've. Let me see if I want to go to 7 players or not. Well... ok. You're good to go
This means that all positions have been taken, and we're ready to create characters. So far I have three proposals:
1 Khord Figher
1 Human Rogue
1 Sorcerer, race undecided.
Tell me what you intend to make. Don't make it too weird though. You're half celestial, half earth elemental doesn't really belong in this game.
Had a half-orc sorcerer AND a Cidal sorcerer created, just in case. The half-orc is the one I really wanted to play (for schmidts and giggles), but the file got unreadably corrupted. I didn't wanna create him all over again, soooo ...
Cidal sorcerer is in PM to you for approval (or not).
Hope he "flies" ...
