Hey! Welcome to the Inn. Glad you could join us. We can always use more people to join the community. Well more like a family. It is great here. Lots of great people. Lots of great games. Don't worry about being insane there must be at least a few handfuls of us here that are.
Beware the *facelick*

...I always put a point or two in Hide and Move Silently when I level up, Dak.

I REMEMBER PLANESCAPE!!!!
I never did have much chance to play it though. I played Planescape: Torment on the computer and I own most of the box sets and books. It seemed really cool but I could never get a group together.
Anyway, welcome to the inn. We've got a little bit for everyone. If you're interested, check out the Red Wyrm school. It's an open recruitment game (using 3.5E D&D rules) that is designed to help people get used to both the rule set and playing games at the inn. If not, thee are plenty of other opportunities for you to enjoy.
Planescape is great. I wish it wasn't so extensive though, because that's what makes it hard to run a game there. There are so many possibilities. I've looked through some of the modules, and they're quite complex as well. Would be great to run a game there one day.
New comix are afoot?? All Hail! Huzzah! You are my favorite newbie! Here, have some flowers! Just copy and paste to your hearts delight
Ahh, 2nd edition, when Gygax and Arneson were alive, literally keeping it real. Encounter Powers? Never heard of 'em. Action Points? Whuuaa? I have to buy another Monster Manual just to get the Metallic Dragon stats? Pull the other one!
Just let me use the 4d6 method, pleeeaase?
Welcome, have fun, and remember to vote at the home page!
