I'll Take Door Number 2..............
Wyatt should pound on the door to the secret to get Willow and Sam to get out of there. You know the old secert signal bit.
But I'd just let Bridgett stay with her treasure, she earned it.
Willow zaps Wolf with some pain killer. Then everyone up the ladder of the old shaft and out.
The kid could scamper up and I'm betting there is a rope in the mule to send down to pull up Wolf or even a groggy Bridget.
I could see Wyatt hanging on at the bottom to be last out to be sure his crew is safe and even Bridget grabbing the key and going back in, locking the door behind her.
Just some ideas.

Great posts from all, thank you. I will try to give Vanadia a chance to post this weekend so I can respond.
No one mentioned anything about using plot points... Wyatt has 4, Wolf has one, Ash has three and Willow has all six of hers intact. These can be used to assist in:
Climbing
Climbing fast
Climbing really fast
Climbing even faster than that
Carrying sleepy hot lady while climbing
Resist making fun of Sam for getting beat up by a girl
