As for Haila's spellbook, Sirène would like to carry it for now. She'll pass it on to Ulthok when she's able to copy any spell in there that she does not already know.

+3 Ivory & Gold/Silver Longbow “Andurile’s Blood”
(turns any arrow fired from it into a bolt of pure energy that affects all creatures doing 1d12 per arrow including its own +3 and any Strength bonus. It can be used by anyone with Long Bow/Composite Bow as a proficiency but in the hands of a Ranger it grants +2 to all saving throws/ the ability to cast 2 Cure lights per day and adds + 1 to AC. The bow must be held to gain these extra benefits. Its rate of fire is the same as all other bows.)

It's ok you still have time
Ok Brianna a few things on your list of items.
First the Whip of Entanglement has all ready been claimed so no go there.
Second as you already wear magical armor the Ring of Protection will give you +2 to your saves but will not give you +2 to your AC, do you still want it.
Third there is no +3 Dagger left, they have again all been claimed.
However your good to go as far as the Brooch and Extra-Healing Potion and I will add them to you sheet.
By the way what list are you looking at as you seem to be looking at the wrong one somehow and not as instructed the updated list on page 160. So here once more is the updated list minus the Brooch and Potion.

Huh?
I'm a little confused by Keeper's last post for Cor. I thought only Ulthok and Sirene had gone ahead to investigate, leaving the rest further down the tunnel? Or have I missed something?

Okay on magical items available. As for the ring I could always use the + on saves but if I take It as part of loot I will also give it to Kenji, since I know he has no such protections and he "NEEDS" some.
On another note I was wondering if I know anything of this "pegasus rider" I am not sure how many there are of us in the King's service. There is the possibility that we know of each other or at least of each other. Entirely your call

Haha, yeah I thought I'd try and tie it all up before the quantum paradox threatens to engulf the universe ... oh, wait, this is D&D ...
Bri, I thought it was uber-generous for Rayne to offer up her sword.  It may be unnecessary, though, as there is a whole bag of loot with better options (most noticeably the +3 Longsword of Giant Slaying that Raven chose for his character).

Yeah I loved the gesture too.. Well played in character. 
Tann was really generous in giving us the first pick of the loot. But Ayreon will naturally settle for any weapon at the moment and is honored by Rayne's offer.
He's still wearing his armor as he didn't end up being in captivity for long. I've also picked a few other items for Ayreon, but he'll only have them if no one else needs them. I think it would be only fair that way.
