loot

I think part of the lack of looting is that at present the established characters have more money than they could ever spend and their arms/armor have little room for upgrade. Combine that with a nearly full bag of holding full of loot there is little need to gather more.

Ahhh Keeper, Keeper, Keeper

You forget Young Jedi that I own all 4 volumes of the Encyclopedia Magica set. In these 4 books are over a 1000+ magical items that have never seen the light of play and trust me there is always better then what you have.
Case in point new spell scrolls for your spellcasters, +4,+5 and +6 weapons. Armor types that do things you can only dream of doing and so so much more.

Never think there is enough loot

You Bet'cha there's good stuff still...........

It has taken me a while to get a feel for Ulthok. I'm working him a bit and I feel the time is ripe for some good old treasure looting!!!!!!!!!!

Little guys need cool stuff to keep alive. I am just now figuring out how to work his stuff. Pulling out the Panther and the wand to attack the Zombie Lord took a bit of research and thinking. I had the wrong set of spells and it was time to get creative. I liked it. I hope to do other things beside spell cast. If Ulthok can find better magic wares then I'm all for it.

The gold and such are ok, but give me some cool magic stuff to play with. Well I will admit that jewels do temp the Halfling.

Tann, if Kriea is going to be out a while should I just make up stuff about her leading to the loot or are you going to NPC her a bit? Valene has the knowledge of the small cave, now is it a small cave to our standard or to a giant's standard, oh that could hold a lot of loot.

It would be nice if both Ulthok and Valene checked for traps, between the two of them they should be pretty thorough.

Hyup

I guess Ayreon isn't really knocked out completely. It's more like his senses are overwhelmed by the enormous amount of evil he feels nearby. He should be coming around almost right away. Me thinks. Tann?

Healing needed?

Yeah I was going to ask about that, as I've been working on my post.

Would a simple CLW be enough to allow Ayreon to jump back on his feet?

Yeah something like that

Little dizzy, wants to throw up, and somewhat fuzzy not totally out cold but hurting a little.

Nah waste of a spell really............

Also just to let everyone know during combat Ginafae has agreed to decide how Valene will act each round while I NPC her for now like Kenji. If RP Noob, who I have been in contact with recently, and Kriea do not return once/if you escape the mountain the two characters will leave the party until they return or if they do not.

Money? Who has money?

About money, Rayne has notgain a cent that I knoe of in the whole times she has played. She started with 500 gold pieces and 300 silver and that is all she has at this moment.

Yeah

It's the same with Sirene. We have lots of 'party' gold, that we ought to divide up, leaving 10% perhaps for any general party expenses.

money

Fear naught, the sum of gold in the "party fund" is more than enough for anyone even after we split it. The money on our individual sheets is more like "pocket money" that we always carry to spend and replenish out of party fund.

Player head's Up

Ok due to a number of reasons both RL and game wise and with Kyles ok I modified my last post to remove the final part dealing with the voice in Maggot's head.

I will repost that or something close to it in the coming weeks.

Teleport?

FYI, Maggot I think also knows the teleport spell.

Also, if we stopped in the cave, could Maggot/Ulthok tutor Sirene in the spell in a day? (I'm not sure how long it will take)

If so, we could maybe manage a teleport to Main involving Ulthok taking Maggot and Sirene (so that they would know the location to teleport to). A teleport back to the cave, and then 3 teleports to transport all the party and gear to Main.

That'll limit the amount of return journeys (I think).
