Keeper did you find a description of how they work? I didn't find it in the DMG.
I was hoping Keeper had the description to see if they might really work here.

Never mind I found it the Encyclopedia Magica. Only works on non magic glass and ceramics.
Also I would like to know if we are among the statues or are they out in front of us? Is door to room behind us and no statues between us and it in case of retreat? The room sketch would be very helpful. We could have moved away from the statues toward the door to find a clear area for the bones and now the statues are behind us in a group. We might be able to stagger out into the hall ahead of the statues attack instead of standing and fighting. So position is important to actions.

A little slow getting it you but here is some information that might help with the statue attack. These seem more like Stone Guardians then regular Stone Golems.
In combat, a guardian slams opponents with its massive arms, each of which inflicts 1d8+1 points of damage. The stone guardian suffers only¼ damage from edged weapons and ½ damage from all cold, fire, or electrical attacks. Normal missiles cause no damage. A stone guardian can be instantly destroyed by a stone to flesh, transmute rock to mud, stone shape, or dig spell; it is not entitled to a saving throw.
The stone golem is immune to any weapon, except those of +2 or better enchantment.
Here's the spell Peri is using. She level 12 so she can cover the room and would catch all the statues. If it doesn't kill them and only turns them to Mud Monsters we should still be able to slice them up with +2 weapons.
Transmute rock to Mud
Level: 5 Schools: Alteration
Range: 10 yds./level Components: V, S, M
Duration: Special Casting Time: 5
Area of Effect: 20-ft. cube/level Saving Throw: None
This spell turns natural rock of any sort into an equal volume of mud. The depth of the mud can never exceed half its length or breadth. If it is cast upon a rock, for example, the rock affected collapses into mud. Creatures unable to levitate, fly, or otherwise free themselves from the mud sink at the rate of 10 feet per round and suffocate, except for lightweight creatures that could normally pass across such ground. Brush thrown atop the mud can support creatures able to climb on top of it, with the amount of brush required subject to the DM's discretion. The mud remains until a dispel magic spell or a reverse of this spell, mud to rock, restores its substance--but not necessarily its form. Evaporation turns the mud to normal dirt, at the rate of 1d6 days per 10 cubic feet. The mud to rock reverse can harden normal mud into soft stone (sandstone or similar mineral) permanently unless magically changed.

Sorry for the late post, everyone. You would think with a broken ankle and not working my 3 jobs I'd have plenty of time for things - apparently that's not always the case lol. Hopefully what I've posted will work, and we can slice and dice our way through this room.
