This actually reminds me of the 4e game my husband is running right now. I'm a cleric and I've focused all my powers on healing to keep the party alive. The last few nights we've been fighting in a dungeon and I've had two fellow players dissapear down hallways (opposite hallways even), out of range and even sight of the cleric.
It's amazing no one has actually died yet.
I keep yelling at them 'Don't go down there! Not until I have a chance to follow, and stop going opposite directions, there is only one of me! I can't follow you both!!'
But they won't listen.

I've known (read: played) a character or two that had a penchant for throwing themselves in front of the train... Bye Aranion... cool pose in that first panel... too bad you're about to become freeze dried elf-jerky.
What fun is thinking it through? My Eladrin just got whisked off to who knows where by a Damon. He crossed into a magic circle to get a gem but I forgot to say that he was going grab the gem and fay-step back out. I guess he's polishing that Damon's scales on some other plane now, lol.
Great Zombie Priest!
