Whups

Sorry if it didn't seem obvious.

The line with the break is the ex-tripwire. The crossbow at the end represents the arrow slit and trap behind it.

The thick black lines are the walls. Always.

Oh

In case you hadn't noticed, you can use Karma for some things. For example, asking questions, such as "Is there a trap here?" or "What it the DC to jump across this chasm?".

It costs to get the answer, of course.

You can also get bonuses. For example, if the DC on the said chasm is too high, you can pay for a bonus to your roll or to the final score. A 1d2 can become 1d2+1 or 1d3. Of course, the latter is cheaper

Just ask the Gamemaster.

These little nudges using Karma points can be for absolutely anything. And don't forget the earning Karma rules: good use of Karma can earn even more

Well,

...wait for my call, if you don't mind. I'm thinking about introducing you earlier, though, judging by the speed of things xD

Karma...

I don't understand how it works....

Do you smite us or something in return? How can you take away karma?

How the heck to we get karma in the first place? Is it from people applauding us?

Well

Obtaining karma is through doing cool stuff, or basically stuff that I find cool.

Anyone can nominate someone else for karma. If you think someone's post was cool, or funny, or well-written, shoot me a PM asking for that player to get some karma.

Karma can then be used for OOC information, free equipment or levelups (though they aren't free, technically, as you need to use karma). Eventually, the player with the most karma gets a cookie at the end

Karma???

I'm guessing that the Karma level is K number after the name in the "The Pool" post in page one of this Q&A. You have 10K.

Not bad for just sitting there waiting to kill something.

I'm hoping Darren is updating this.

Yup

Of course I'm updating it

Everyone started with 10 Karma. I based it on the fact that if anyone got too far ahead, the difficulty would slip upwards and the others would eventually get a chance to play.
