RDI Staff Karma: 163/50 1828 Posts well I've played third and fourth, and while they are mostly interchangable (think 3e vs 3.5) there are a few differences. Mainly 4th edition has the global wireless matrix, so it has a much more "modern" cyberpunk feel to it whereas third edition has a more 90's feel to it. Posted on 2011-12-23 at 21:29:15.
