Pretty varied

I am fond of many types of music, ranging from rock through to early jazz and blues (particularly acoustic blues), baroque, and classical. My favourite genre, however, is progressive rock, both the classic stuff from the golden period (1969-79) and a lot of more recent stuff. My favourite bands include IQ, Rush, Yes, Marillion, Arena, Touchstone, and Sky Architect. I'm also a life-long Who fan. Another genre that I've gotten into recently is progressive metal. Ayreon is a particular favourite there.

Thanks to all of you for sharing your thoughts and interests.
